The following are terms of a legal agreement between The Writing Summit (henceforth "Site") and you (henceforth "Customer"). By accessing, reading and using this website you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You also acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all content provided within the site. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this website. The website may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Be aware that Site may, at its sole discretion and without notice, revise these terms at any time.
This is a legally binding agreement. By using this website, you signify your agreement to the following Terms and Conditions. By accepting the terms contained, you understand that you are entering a legally binding contract with Site (not a ghostwriter).

Site does not include pictures with orders.
All products will be delivered to Site by Customer in DOC or DOCX format. All products available to Customer will be delivered in DOC format.
Customer recognizes that Site will, in good faith, perform all services for which the Customer paid to the best of Site's ability and level of expertise.
Customer shall own all right, title and interest in and to all materials and work written, created, and/or produced for Customer by Site. At no time will Site ever release any proprietary information that is supplied by Customer.
Complaints by Customer must be submitted within 7 days of order completion.
Delivery times are not guaranteed.
Copyright. Customer owns the copyright to all purchases from Site. Our team of writers has each individually signed an agreement to maintain our high-quality standards. These agreements additionally ensure that each member of our team involved in your content creation releases all rights to the work once the work is paid in full.
Site does not guarantee that all resource and additional information provided by Customer with each order will be included in the end product. Customer agrees to receive orders "as is" and that it is Customer responsibility to purchase the correct Package based on Customers needs and requests.
Site will not accept additional information about an order once the order has been placed.
Site guarantees that in good faith all content provided by Site will be original. Site does not guarantee originality of works submitted to Site by Customer that Customer has requested to be a part of Customers completed project. Site uses Copyscape premium level paid search for every document to ensure originality, per Google's standards. (In addition, Site also uses undisclosed plagiarism checkers.) Site guarantees that Customer documents pass Copyscape standards on the day that Site releases the document to Customer. (The only exceptions may include policy, legal, quotations or technical terminology and wording that would invalidate a statement if not used in an exact sequence.) Copyscape is a third party provider that Site has no financial, personal, professional or otherwise relationship with, nor does Site have any control of the quality or standards provided by Copyscape services.
Customer will be able to download purchased product from Site for up to 90 days after the item is delivered. Site does not guarantee storage of Customer data after 90 days following delivery.
All services come as is without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
Site does not make any projections as to the amount of money Customer can or will make from the Royalties or other income derived from the sale of Customer's product..
Site is not entitled to any royalty, commission or income obtained from the contents purchased and sold by Customer.
Our staff is under contract to not disclose confidential Customer information. We ask that our Customers respect Site's confidential information.
Consulting directly with Site writers, which includes discussing work outside of Site, contacting writers personally, sending writers any offer outside of Site, emailing writers checks or sending payments, either as bonuses or as work pay, is not allowed and will not be tolerated by Site.
Site is not liable for any damages including but not limited to any incidental or consequential damages, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other type of pecuniary loss.
Payment Policy - Site requires upfront payment from all Customers on all projects. Work will commence upon receipt of the payment.
Order Refund Policy - Site does not offer refunds if the project has been started. If the project has not been started we offer a 50% refund if requested within 48 hours of purchase.Customer acknowledges that Site provides quality control on all projects and agrees to accept orders "as is". Refunds offered at management discretion.
Order Refusal - Should Site decide not provide service prior to commencement of work, Customer will receive a full refund of any monies paid.
If Site is unable to provide said service due to Customer's refusal to provide needed materials, information, or cooperation, then Customer shall not be entitled to a refund.
Coupon Codes - Coupon codes must be used at time of purchase. Discounts will not be provided after the completion of the payment transaction.
Site has the right to deny any and all Customer projects that may be a copyright or trademark infringement. Site will not write content pertaining to child pornography. Site has the right to deny any project/purchase for any reason Site deems necessary.
Site is not affiliated with any other company, website or organization. A link to our website from another website does not mean that we endorse or accept any responsibility for the content or the use of such website.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Site, its officers, owners, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and suppliers harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands, liabilities and settlements, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Site, its licensors, and its suppliers make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the content provided. Site reserves the right to file a Google DMCA complaint with Google if the Customer withdraws payment after the work has been completed and sent to Customer. To date, this has never occurred because of our extremely high satisfaction rate, but this is in place to keep our content protected and uphold quality. All filing notices will go to the Customer, with a 48-hour notice emailed directly to Customer before the DMCA is filed. If payment is redacted and the content is illegally held by the Customer and payment not received, filing will occur.
